It Started With Michael Jaye.
Before Wōriel had a name, there was Michael Jaye.
A real estate consultant. An entrepreneur. A man whose days rarely belonged to one thing.
Meetings. Businesses. Decisions. Places to be. People to meet.
And every morning, the same ritual.
Shower. Body cream. Face cream. Hair cream. Beard care. Serum. Fragrance.
One product after another.
For Michael, it became less about grooming and more about managing a routine.
He didn’t want to spend the first part of his day thinking about products. He wanted to step out of the shower, feel good in his skin, smell exceptional, get dressed, and get to work.
So a question began to form:
Why does taking care of yourself have to be so complicated?
What if there were a better way?
What if the care of your skin and the fragrance you wear didn’t have to exist as separate steps?
What if one considered system could bring them together?
That question became the beginning of Wōriel.
The idea was simple: create a fragrance-led approach to men’s body care where the scent isn’t an afterthought, but the thread that connects the entire experience.
Skin. Hair. Beard. Body. Scent.
One signature, carried throughout.
That idea became Skin Cologne — a new expression of body care created around fragrance, designed to care for the skin while leaving behind a distinctive scent.
Rather than creating another body cream and adding fragrance to it, Wōriel began with the fragrance itself.
The scents were developed in collaboration with Lagos perfumer Catherine Omai, bringing the craft of perfumery into a new kind of men’s grooming experience.
Because Wōriel was never created for the man who wants more products.
It was created for the man who wants less, but better.
Less complication.
Less noise.
More intention.
A considered regimen for men with places to be, things to build, and a presence worth remembering.
Wōriel.
The one to rule them all.
